RAY M.

Only 3 of us ended up going to camp for the fall foliage observing, trout fishing, and mushroom picking trip. The weather was miserable on the way up, but cleared upon our arrival. Fishing was very slow, but the mushroom picking and Fall colors were great.
With the limited fishing opportunities, we did manage to get alot done around camp.
The soffit was installed so no critters will be wintering in the ceiling.
The well house was insulated and water stained ceiling tiles were replaced.
It was a very relaxing weekend enjoyed with friends.

RAINBOW

This is my only game fish caught during our stay.

KINZUA LAKE

Kinzua Dam is a flood control dam located in Warren County. During the fall months, they draw down the lake to the winter level in preparation for spring snow runoff.
Here is the result.
This is where Kinzua Cr. enters the reservoir in the upper reaches of the dam.

FRESH MUSHROOMS !!!!!

The fishing was slow, but there were plenty of mushrooms to be harvested.

DEER AT CAMP

While cleaning our bounty of mushrooms, a few visitors came to camp to dine on fallen apples from our tree.

LYMAN LAKE STATE PARK

Trout fishing was extremely slow during our stay in the Northern Tier. I decided to try and change our luck by heading to a state park for some lake fishing. I haven't fished this lake in some time.
The fishing did not improve, but the scenery was awesome, and well worth the drive.

JOE K.

JOE K.s FRIEND

This garter snake would not leave Joe alone while we were fishing on Lyman Lake.
No matter where he move to, that snake would end up right next to him.

UNSUSPECTING GRASS CUTTER.

I recently purchased a trail camera and set it up close to camp by a wildlife feeder.
I was rather pleased with the results.

NICE SURPRISE

While at camp, I heard of a 10 and 12 point running in the area.
Getting 1 of them on my trail cam was a nice surprise.
