WOW!!!

Jim F. always cooks breakfast for us during the 1st week of trout season. There was 6 of us at camp for the 1st week and this is 1 of his creations. A 12 egg cheese omelet cooked to perfection.

FISH FRY

Fish Fry Friday is a tradition at our camp since Doug and I owned the place. We invite friends and neighbors to enjoy enjoy the freshly caught catch of the week. This year we went through 70 fillets.
