WHO:
Cousins, Tom, Jackie, Ray, Chuck, and myself
WHAT:
Annual Trout Fishing and B.S. session at Camp, 2012
(click on pics to enlarge)
CUZ CHUCK G.
Cuz Chuck started off the week by catching a limit of trout on the day of our arrival.
We were off to a great start that never ended until we left camp.
This was our most successful trip we had made together and a great time was had by all.
This is one of my favorite yearly events at camp.
CUZ JACKIE G.
Jackie does not fish much, and just started coming to camp the last few years to join the festivities.
He did a real nice job, catching his limit the second time out on the stream.
WAY TO GO JACK!
LANDING ANOTHER 1
Cuz Tom G. lands 1 of many in this stretch of prime trout waters.
19 INCH BROWNIE
Chuck and myself were fishing our, appropriately named, Cousin Hole when I latched onto this nice one.
About 15 minutes prior to this 1 being hooked, I mentioned to him that I had a feeling a big 1 was in there. I'm glad I was right.
SUCCESS
CUZ TOM
Tom G. fishing a promising stretch on 1 of our favorite streams.
TRILLIUM
The Trillium were in full bloom.
The are a wild flowering perennial that are predominantly white.
There also is a Red (purple) trillium, that are a little harder to come across.
WARMING UP FOR BREAKFAST
The Turkey Buzzards also enjoyed the week.
Every morning they would clean up all the entrails that we had thrown in the woods behind camp.
CUZ RAY M.
The final day of fishing was almost as good as the 1st.
Here is Ray catching 1 of the last fish of our very enjoyable week.
