OBSERVATION DOMES

After Jim and I finished putting up the siding in unbearable temperatures, we decided to take a random ride through the mountains. The A.C. in the vehicle felt great. We traveled approx. 80 miles on gravel and winding paved roads.
During our journey, we passed through Cherry Springs State park, Patterson State Park, Prouty State Park, and Sizerville State Park. (maybe we traveled longer than 80 miles)
Cherry Springs State park was the most interesting. It is in a very remote location and is known for it's dark skies, making it a haven for astronomers.
